Our Story
Built to be a single accountable vendor, not another freelancer collective
Adept BPO was founded in 2025 as a registered proprietorship in Darjeeling, West Bengal, with a specific problem in mind: businesses in the USA and Australia were choosing between expensive local hires and a patchwork of freelancers and disconnected vendors for outsourcing and technology work.
We built Adept BPO as the alternative — one accountable team covering both outsourcing (customer support, call centre, lead generation, back office) and technology (IT services, web development, automation), delivered from an India-based operations center and scoped around the client's outcome, not our org chart.
As an early-stage company, we don't have a decade of case studies to lean on. What we do have is a transparent process, a founder-led accountability structure, and a registered business behind every engagement.
